WASHBURN – Funeral services for the Rev. John Palmer, 83, will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 16, at Carson Road Pentecostal Church. The Rev. Palmer is also survived by his sister-in-law, Lorraine Palmer of Exeter, who was inadvertently omitted from the obituary.
