AUGUSTA, Maine — Maj. Gen. John W. Libby, retired, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard, has announced promotions to the designated ranks for these Maine Army National Guard members:
• Travis Hegstrom, private 2, Brooks, 488th Military Police Company.
• Christopher Gillo, private 2, Frankfort, Detachment 2, Company E, 3 Battalion, 142nd Aviation.
• Julia Morrison, private 2, Palermo, 152nd Maintenance Company.
• Dean Preston, lieutenant colonel, Pembroke, 133rd Forward Support Company.
• Elijah Anderson, specialist, Cherryfield, Detachment 2, 1136th Transportation Company.
• Joshua Phelps, private 2, Princeton, Detachment 2, 1136th Transportation Company.
All were promoted in February.
