      1. Different? Oh, boo hoo hoo… the family’s making money, more people are enjoying the bar/dining room, the brewery can’t begin to keep up with demand for craft beer! So very sorry the “long time locals” don’t have their special bar stools when they walk in. Celebrate success with the Geaghans. They’ve busted hump to get where they are today.

        1. I am afraid you are wrong.  Its not like it used to be years ago when you could go in have a drink and enjoy yourself.  Its now drink and hurry up so other people can patronize our place.  The waitresses are rude, the food is horrible.  Glad you enjoy it, maybe you will get food poison one day, when food comes out uncooked and the owner dont give a crap

  1. I was in Portland Friday and Saturday.  On Friday, there were 4 police outside the Apple Store in the Maine Mall.  On Saturday I was in Old Port.  By 2:00 in the after noon, there were drunk people out of control.  I did not see 1 police car or officer in the Old Port.  I, with my family did not enjoy the Old Port as we had in the past.  It looks to me that the cops were to involved with the new I Pad instead of the actions going on in the Old Port.

  2. St. Patrick’s Day party turns violent in London, Ont.

Festivities for St. Patrick’s Day took a violent turn in London, Ont. where rowdy partiers ignited fires, overturned vehicles and pelted police with glass bottles.

The chaos broke out around midnight on Fleming Drive in the city’s east end, an area heavily populated by students and blocks away from Fanshawe College.

Crowds of revellers ignited a fire and stoked it with random objects as police attempted to break up the mob.
