LEE – Lois Cousins Welch, 86, wife of the late Quinton Welch, died March 22, 2012, at a Lee health care facility. She was born July 23, 1925, in Blue Hill, the daughter of Florence (Mason) and Lowell J. Cousins.
She was a graduate of George Stevens Academy and Husson College. She was a longtime member of Lee Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Quinton Welch, she was predeceased by a brother, Robert; and a cousin, Eleanor Mason Bowman. She is survived by three nieces, Jane Guptill, Linda Peasley and Mamie Pert; and three nephews, Robert Cousins Jr., William Cousins and Harold Welch and their families.
