MILFORD – Ashley M. Kunkel, 25, died unexpectedly March 22, 2012, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Oct. 31, 1986, in Bangor, daughter of Jose Medeiros and Marie Kunkel.
Ashley graduated from Orono High School in 2005 and was a high school cheerleader.
She is survived by her mother and husband, Marie and Dan Legere of Milford; father, Jose Medeiros of Old Town; daughter, Kaylianna and her father, Travis McCorison; three sisters, Tiffany Long of Milford, Nicole Medeiros of Old Town and Renee Madeiros of Old Town; two grandmothers, Donna Kunkel of Bangor and F. Virginia Medeiros of Bradley; one stepbrother and two stepsisters. She will also be missed by many other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where friends may call 9 a.m. until the time of service.
