Last Thursday, I escaped the office to go for a stroll in the woods and search for birds returning north. Though the trails I explored aren’t far from Bangor, I had never walked them before. I spied robins, chickadees, ducks and woodpeckers, and I’m sure a more experienced bird watcher would report a longer list.
