Maine court clerks offices will not open to the public until noon beginning Monday, April 30 during the court system’s spring administrative week.

Clerks also will not answer phones before noon.

Offices will be open from noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to allow court personnel to catch up on paperwork.

Administrative weeks are held three times a year. The last was the week of Oct. 17. The next will be Oct. 15-19.

Courts throughout the state will be closed Monday, April 30, through Friday, May 4.

Regular hours of 8 a.m.-4 p.m. will resume on Monday, May 7.

  1. Offices will be open at noon…….I bet they won’t, cuz after working for 4 hours, they will need an hour lunch break!
