GLENBURN – Family and friends of Robert E. Lyford may visit 4-6 p.m. Friday, May 4, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, where a service honoring Robert’s life will be held 6 p.m. as the visitation concludes with Pastor Donald Booker, presiding. Burial with military honors will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at Evergreen Cemetery, Milo, with a time of fellowship and refreshments to be held immediately afterward at Bradford Baptist Church. Bob’s surviving son was mistakenly listed as Robert Sr. instead of Robert Jr. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Lola, in 2005; and his dog and longtime companion, Chummy. He will be missed by his dog, Buff; and his cat, Scooter.
