CEDAR CITY, Utah – Philip L. Monroe peacefully passed away May 7, 2012. Philip was born Dec. 14, 1911, in Carroll, to Wilbur W. Monroe and Sadie C. Lindsay.
Philip was married to Edith C. Beck for 69 years, from 1920 to 2008. He celebrated his 100th birthday last December with many friends and relatives present.
