BANGOR, Maine — Larry McClusky of Bangor, a Korean War veteran, checks a gravestone in Mt. Hope Cemetery to see if belongs to a member of the military before planting an American flag next to it. Veterans and politicians erected a little over 2,400 flags in cemeteries in Brewer and Bangor on Monday, May 21, 2012.
