ORONO, Maine — Police are searching for a man they say took an iPhone accessory from the Big Apple store in Orono.
Orono police Captain Josh Ewing said in an email the theft occurred just after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The suspect, who was with two other males, was captured on video surveillance wearing a white shirt with white stripes.
Anyone with information regarding the man’s whereabouts should contact Orono police at 866-4000 and ask for Officer Chris Watson.

I am confused. This makes it into the newspaper yet my daughters were at the mall ages 13 and 17 and were attacked down by Macy’s and told there is no camera’s in that area of the mall?? My 17 year old was 3 1/2 months pregnant as 4 girls had her down on the grown kicking her in the stomach trying to get her to miscarry. I take her to the Bangor police station to make a report and the officer there took pictures of her battered body and says here is the name and phone # of the investigating officer he has already left for the day but you need to contact him… Hmm how is there already an investigating officer?? That’s because by standards watch the fight and called and made statements but didn’t want to get involved. After 3 weeks and a call everyday (sometimes twice a day) to the “investigating officer” I finally get a call back and this is what he told me. “I’m sorry but to much time has passed to press charges”. I asked what can be done if anything and he said he had to contact the district attorney and it was up to them if there would be charges and he would call me back. Well here it is 3 months later a call every day to this “officer” and no call back!

Well ” my name” I assume that the point of this being a pointless article and crime to even investigate was missed by your condescending personality. I think she was trying to get across that there are MUCH bigger things to be dealt with in this area, like hmm Oh a group of girls maliciously attacking a minor and trying to take a life from her very being. Maybe instead of articles like these descriptions of those delinquents could be posted. Honestly, very sorry to hear about your daughters, and I truly hope all turned out okay with the Baby. No one should lose the gift of life like that. For the record no need to thank me for having a half a brain though. :) My Momma didn’t raise no fool. It is somewhat sad that a 25 year old got your point before some lame guy in his forties though.
