BELFAST – Kenneth A. Marshall, 59, went home to be with his Savior June 24, 2012. Kenneth, a true native of Belfast, was born Aug. 28, 1952, a son of Freeman A. and Beulah (Whitney) Marshall.

He graduated from high school and went on to work for many years in Belfast. He was a member of Belfast Church of the Nazarene, where he had many lifelong friendships.

He is survived by one sister, Rosalie Floyd and her husband, Fred; one brother, Edmund Marshall and his wife, Leanne; as well as nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind many church friends, especially Joe Dubois, Rusty and Debbie Blake, Deloris Merithew and Stanley Knight. Kenneth was predeceased by his parents; and one brother, Freeman D. Marshall.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, June 29, at Belfast Church of the Nazarene with Pastor John Evans officiating. Donations in Kenneth’s memory may be made to Belfast Church of the Nazarene, 95 Swanlake Ave., Belfast, ME 04915. Arrangements are under the direction of Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 31 West Main St., Searsport.
