LINNEUS – Rosella Jipson, 74, died Aug. 2, 2012, in Houlton. She was born May 2, 1938, in Ludlow, daughter of Donald and Cynthia (Brewer) Estabrook.
She worked at Gardiner Nursing Home for 30 years.
Rosella is survived by her daughter, Debbie Wardwell and Eric Brown of Hammond; son, Elwood Jipson and wife, Elizabeth, of Monticello; three grandchildren, Steven Wardwell, and Cody and Hayley Jipson; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Merritt of Hodgdon, and Sandra Winship and husband, Tom, of Old Orchard Beach; several nieces and nephews; and close friends, Judy and husband, Dan Duprez.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, at Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Hatch officiating. A time of fellowship will be held immediately after the services at Debbie’s house in Hammond.
