FALMOUTH, Maine — What started out as a call for help for an intoxicated teenage girl ended with three teenage boys in custody Tuesday after they were uncooperative with police.
Falmouth police Lt. John Kilbride said a witness saw the girl tossed from a vehicle on Brown Street around 4:30 p.m. and called police.
The three boys, all aged 17, got the girl back in the car and sped off, Kilbride said.
An officer in the area stopped the vehicle at the junction of routes 1 and 88, and two of the boys immediately confronted the officer, looking for a fight.
The girl collapsed in her own vomit at the scene and had to be transported to Maine Medical Center for evaluation, Kilbride said.
The two boys who taunted police were arrested for disorderly conduct while the male driver was arrested for operating under the influence, Kilbride said. All three were taken to the Long Creek Youth Development Center.
A second teenage girl in the car was released to the custody of her parents, Kilbride said.

It would be nice to have the story from a prespective other than that of the4 police. I suspect there is more to this story. I know that police and teenagers do not get along… EVER.
