• Jeffrey Robinson, sergeant 1st class, Bangor, Maine Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion.
• Edward Becker IV, specialist, Bangor, Detachment 1, 152nd Maintenance Company.
• Evan Haskell, specialist, Lincoln, 488th Military Police Company.
• Jacob Norris, specialist, Stetson, 185th Engineer Support Company.
• James Champney, private 1st class, Bradford, Detachment 1, 152nd Maintenance Company.
• Brad Jamison, private 1st class, Levant,185th Engineer Support Company.
• Stephanie Thomas, private first class, Plymouth, Maine Army National Guard Medical Detachment.
All were promoted in August.
