AUGUSTA — Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, adjutant general for the Maine National Guard, has announced promotions to the designated ranks for these Maine Army National Guard members:
• Eric Couture, chief warrant officer 4, Monroe, Co C, 1/126th Aviation Regiment.
• Joel Thomas, specialist, Monroe, Detachment 1, 262nd Engineer Company.
• Travis Hegstrom, private 1, Brooks, 488th Military Police Company.
• Julia Morrison, private 1, Palermo, 152nd Maintenance Company.
• Cody Nelson, private 1, Palermo, 488th Military Police Company.
All were promoted in August.
