WEYMOUTH – Donna Helen Perry fought a long battle before she passed Aug. 17, 2012.
She is survived by two children, John Perry and Paula Nadeau; a niece, a nephew, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by children, Michael and Carol Perry.
She was married to Phillip Perry for 20 years and then lived a happy life with Emil Forge for more than 40.
She is buried with her son, Michael at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
