LIVERMORE FALLS — Police are investigating the theft of jewelry valued at $1,100 from a Fayette Road house, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Monday.
A family member checked the house Friday and discovered it had been ransacked, he said. It is believed to have happened sometime since late June, he said. Entry was gained through a back door, which had about $100 damage.
To date, jewelry is the only thing missing, Steward said.
Officer Vernon Stevens is investigating.

Sad Sad Sad!! I hope they catch the thief, plus a VERY stiff sentence!
If they have the “ambition” to figure out how to gain entry to a house that is not theirs, in order to take what is not theirs, then they should have enough drive to get a job. Their energy is being channeled in the wrong direction for sure.
