BANGOR, Maine — The cleanup of concrete mix that spilled out of a mixer truck onto Hogan Road on Wednesday afternoon backed up traffic for about half an hour.

Bangor police Sgt. Garry Higgins said the driver of the Sargent Corp. truck was not aware that he was losing his load until he was flagged down by a passing motorist around 3 p.m.

Sargent employees and a city street sweeper were brought in to clean up a 500- to 600-foot stretch that ran from the Bangor Federal Credit Union entrance to the Darling’s Ford Volkswagen Audi dealership.

      1. Driving in between lanes = One half of the vehicle in one lane, the other half of the vehicle in the other lane. Get it? Got it? Good!

I thought the comments would pour in one form or other.
    C’mon, don’t be so stiff.
