BREWER – Lois Estelle Robinson, 81, went home to be with the Lord Oct. 4, 2012. She was born June 17, 1931, in Levant, daughter of the late George N. and Annie M. (Bulmer) Robinson.
Lois graduated from Brewer High School. She was a member of Messiah Baptist Church and volunteered at St. Joseph Hospital for more than 10 years. Lois will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Ruth Estes, Ruby Kopcha and Janet Faulkner; and two brothers, George and Donald Robinson. Lois is survived by two brothers, Douglas Robinson of San Francisco and Lawrence Robinson of Brewer; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Herman C. Frankland, pastor of Messiah Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.BrookingsSmith.com.
