AUGUSTA, Maine — Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard, has announced promotions to the designated ranks for these Maine Army National Guard members:
• Patrick Polky, master sergeant, Saint George, 286th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion.
• Chad Vaillancourt, private first class, Fort Kent, 136th Engineer Company.
The soldiers were promoted in September.
