I think Summer’s failure in this race demonstrates that average American’s are pretty much fed up with candidates that are little more than empty shells of a person paired with a set of conservative ideals/philosophies that were dreamt up in a “think tank” in the bowels of some “Texass” corporation. It’s important, also, to remember that Summers launched an expensive tax-payer money investigation into voter fraud, after accusing many people of that crime.
It was a witch hunt that fed off fear, and which resulted in the conclusion that–gasp–no voter fraud was taking place.
I like Charlie- and even if I didn’t he would have my vote as opposed to King.
Charlie should just give it up and move into Bruce Poliquin’s Crappy Candidate Beach Club.
Take a look at Summers website on the issues. It’s one page of far right bullet points focused on spending cuts to social programs, repealing Obamacare, tax cuts, and no cuts to defense spending. Magically this will somehow create jobs, bolster the economy, and reduce the debt. Given their track record since Reagan, if you trust the GOP on fiscal issues I’ve got some beach front property on Flagstaff that you’d love to buy.
