BANGOR, Maine — Next week Bangor voters will have a chance to cast their ballots early, before the potential arrival of whatever is left of Hurricane Sandy.
The Bangor Civic Center will be open to voters from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Oct. 29-Nov. 1.
Nov. 1 also is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot. The city has issued 3,400 absentee ballots, City Clerk Lisa Goodwin said Thursday.
Votes may be cast from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 6.

Best way to vote in Bangor
Not really, still busy.
We always worry about how much it costs to ID voters but no one complains about opening the polls early for people to vote. I wonder how much that costs the taxpayers of Bangor and other communities.
