ORONO, Maine — A Bangor man was charged by Orono police Thursday after he allegedly exposed himself to an Orono woman.

Billy Brown, 26, was charged with indecent conduct in connection with an incident that occurred on Halloween, Orono police Capt. Josh Ewing said Friday.

Ewing said that Brown was charged a day after a 23-year-old Orono woman reported that a man later identified as Brown pulled his car over on Park Street to ask her for directions in Interstate 95.

The woman turned away briefly to point him in the right direction and when she turned back toward Brown his genitals reportedly were exposed, Ewing said. The woman quickly backed away but was able to get a good look at his car and get a partial license plate number — information that led police to identify him.

  1. So anyone can say you did something and you get charged?  Does anyone know if this woman is an x trying to get even, sound like a case that is hard to prove, he said she said, but because she said he gets charged, are they going to have a penis line up?

  2. Unfortunately he probably go off on her reaction, too bad she couldn’t have thought to laugh or act like it was no big deal, or maybe even mace the little weenie……..lol

  3. I find some of these comments on her unnecssary taking about body parts.  Do any of you realize that young kids get online and sometimes hit the wrong pages and could get this page and look at these comments.  Grow up and put better comments.

  4. How do you really find him guilty, I did not do it, she say he did?  how does this case get proven guilty or not guilty?

Can anyone that has a grudge just accuse you of this and bam your arrested in the BDN print, now your name is mud, might loose your job ect… how about print this story after they prove it.
