AUGUSTA, Maine — Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, adjutant general of Maine, announced the promotions to the designated ranks for these Maine Army National Guard members:
• Andrew Parker, private first class, Belfast, Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 133RD Engineer Battalion.
• Kodey Carlisle, private 2, Prospect, Detachment 1, 152D Maintenance Company.
They were promoted in November.
