OLD TOWN, Maine — An Old Town teenager — out on bail for two felony child sexual exploitation charges from September — was arrested last week and charged for violating his bail conditions and allowing minors to consume alcohol, Officer Lee Miller said Monday.

Anthony Patricelli, 19, was questioned and charged by Miller at about 12:45 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, after the officer responded to a call at Patricelli’s residence on Main Street.

“A female walked down — a juvenile — and she basically told us she was 16 and he has bail conditions not to have contact with any minors,” the officer said.

Patricelli is accused of secretly taking photos of a 15-year-old girl’s genitals while she slept and pressuring another girl into posing nude, Penobscot County Assistant District Attorney Michael Roberts said at the time of his September arrest. He was charged with two counts of Class B sexual exploitation of a minor.

Patricelli was taken to Penobscot County Jail in Bangor after his arrest last week, and remained there on Monday night, a jail official said.

          1. I do not think it is ok . I think the laws need to be tougher. But they also need to be consistant. Have sex with a child and they say it is ok take a pic and its kiddie porn?

    1. it maybe legal if you aren’t out on bail conditions but when bail conditions say you can’t be with minors you can’t be with minors.

  1. Why does the BDN insist on calling him a “teenager” when he turned an adult at the age of 18? Seriously BDN, stop sensationalizing an already bad situation!
