BANGOR, Maine — Two local men were arrested last week after Bangor police were called to Pickering Square to look into reports of a fight near the parking garage.
Nicholas LePage, 18, of Glenburn and Jason Gilbert, 39, of Bangor both were arrested on assault and disorderly conduct charges in connection with the Dec. 4 episode, Bangor police Sgt. Paul Edwards said this week.
LePage and Gilbert were taken to Penobscot County Jail after witnesses told police officers that they had seen the two punching and kicking each other.
An hour before the fight, Bangor police Officer Paul Colley had given both of the suspects disorderly conduct warnings after being called to a dispute on Cedar Street, Edwards said.
Let the clowns duke it out.
After it is over there will only be one loser to deal with , not two.

Judging by the eyes popping out of his head, I would say that Mr Gilbert is either on methamphetamine, cocaine, bath salts, or some other type of stimulant. You can always tell when someone is on a stimulant because their eyes are wide open and this guy looks like his eyes are going to come flying out if they were open any wider.
Yet another reason to move the bus station out to the airport.
Oh come on. Two guys fighting has nothing to do with the BUS! Move the parking garage out to the airport, or move the bars out to the airport, or the post office. You are perpetuating an unfair stereotype of bus passengers, many of whom are professionals going to work or people going downtown to transact business there.
Seriously, moving the bus hub out of downtown is a terrible idea. Public transportatation is at the heart of rescuing cities from sprawl and building vibrant multi-use downtowns.

whats wrong with just letting them fight it out ? Many a dispute in days of yore were rectified by letting them get it outta their system with a bit of fisticuffs–as long as they are not endangering any innocent person – let em slap each other around !
