LINCOLN – Paul R. “Dick” Martin, 75, husband of Tonya (Washburn) Martin, died Dec. 26, 2012, at home, surrounded by family, after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born Sept. 8, 1937, the son of Francis and Florence Martin.
Paul worked at Maine DOT for 40 years. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, being outdoors and spending time with family.
In addition to his wife and soul mate, Tonya Martin; he leaves behind three sons, Scott, Rick and Shane; a daughter, Shannon and her husband, Almon; five grandkids, Brandon, Zachery, Savannah, Nicholas and Abigail; his beloved pet, Maggie Mae; a sister, Fran Willey; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Pouliet; and two infant sons, Paul and Kevin.
Friends may call 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Graveside services will be held in the spring.
