PORTLAND, Maine — A woman was found dead in the parking lot of a Portland motel on Thursday afternoon, police said Friday.
Portland police Lt. Scott Pelletier said the woman, whose identity police aren’t releasing, was found in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Motel 6 on Riverside Street.
The body was found at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Pelletier said. Police are investigating the death as suspicious.
No other details were immediately available.
