WATERVILLE, Maine — A Waterville man is facing a felony charge after he threatened a male family member with a knife early Friday morning, police said.
Zachary Larrabee, 28, was in an argument that turned heated and resulted in a physical altercation, said Waterville Deputy Chief Charles Rumsey.
At one point, Larrabee grabbed a kitchen knife and made threats to kill the other man, Rumsey said.
Police responded swiftly and arrested Larrabee, Rumsey said. He was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, a Class C felony and domestic violence assault.
Larrabee was taken to Kennebec County Jail, where he is being held without bail. His first court appearance is scheduled for March 12.
