PALMETTO, Fla. – Catherine B. Marquis, 87, formerly of Presque Isle, passed away peacefully Jan. 7, 2013.
Mrs. Marquis was an alumni of the University of Maine at Presque Isle, a teacher at Opportunity Training Center, a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, and active in many local organizations.
She was predeceased by her husband, Dave. She is survived by her son, Gene Marquis of Cincinnati; daughters, Judy and Bob Moore of Bradenton, Fla.; and Annamarie and George Bolyard of Elizabethton, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
