BATH, Maine — Police are investigating a burglary that included the removal of a small safe from J.R. Maxwell & Co., an eatery located at 122 Front St.
Lt. Stanley Cielinski said Friday morning that the burglary occurred either late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. Police took the call at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday.
Cielinski had no further details on the burglary Friday.
