WHON, TEXAS – Gertrude “Trudi” (Sylvain) Rutherford, 77, who passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at her home, will be honored at a memorial service 11 a.m. March 9 at St. Peter’s Parish. A reception will be held afterward at St. Peter’s parish hall, 135 North State St., Concord, N.H., for family and close friends. Trudi was a published poet and newspaper columnist, wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Trudi is remembered for her faith in God, her love for her family, and her enduring strength and good humor. She will be greatly missed.
