BANGOR – Stella M. Tuck, 89, wife of the late Benjamin H. Tuck, died March 26, 2013, after a long illness. She was born June 12, 1923, in Fort Fairfield, the daughter of Neil and Alice (Donnelly) Brayson.
Surviving are three children, Susan Nicolini of Dayton, Ohio, Sheryl Kessler and husband, Bruce, of Bangor and Gary Tuck and wife, Belinda, of Granbury, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Florence Brayson and Gloria Brayson; and many nieces and nephews. Stella was predeceased by an infant son, Ben Jr.; and by 10 siblings.
The viewing will be held 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 31, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, April 1, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, York Street, Bangor. Private interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. A reception will be held after the service at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St., Bangor.
