WOODLAND – Edna Drake, 90, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. Edna was born Nov. 28, 1922, in Woodland, the daughter of Harold and Elsie (Johnson) Brown.
Edna worked for many years as a stitcher for Converse Shoe Co. in Presque Isle.
Edna is survived by her son, Travis Drake of Deblois; niece, Heather Gagnon of North Carolina; and nephew, Gary Gagnon of Presque Isle. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Elbridge Drake; and daughter, Bonita Gagnon.
