STETSON and ORONO – Myrtle F. Foss, 86, went to be forever with her Lord and Savior Saturday April 6, 2013, after living many years with Alzheimers. She was surrounded by loving family members who wish to thank the staff at Orono Commons for their wonderful care of Myrtle in the years she spent with them.
She leaves behind her loving daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Roland Foss; son and wife, Roger and Joyce Gould; three stepchildren and their spouses, Harold and Sheila Foss, Patricia and Phil Marcum and Catherine and Herb Benedum; stepson, Frank Foss; several grandchildren, who she adored; and several great-grandchildren; she is also survived by two dear sisters, Phyllis Gould and Kathleen Thompson.
Visiting of family and friends will be 1 p.m. Wednesday April 10, followed by a service of remembrance at J. S. Pelkey Funeral Home, 125 Old Post Road, Kittery, ME 03904.
