BANGOR – Sandra A. Brecht, 81, died April 19, 2013, at a local nursing facility. She was born April 1, 1932, in Bangor, the daughter of Clifford and Eva (Peavey) Page.
Sandra especially loved the ocean and her trips to Bar Harbor. She was a member of Red Hat Society.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her husband, Ed, and is now joined together for eternity. She is survived by two daughters, Susan and husband, Charles Ciulla, of Plymouth, Mass., and Robin Thompson of San Diego; four sons, Michael Brecht and partner, Bill McCready, of Bangor, Timothy Brecht and wife, Jodi, of Warren, Mass., Jamie Brecht, her beloved son and caretaker, and Scott Brecht and wife, Lillian, of Hampden; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Clifford Page and wife, Sally, of Gilford; sister, Marion Carr of Seal Harbor; and many nieces and nephews.
