HOULTON – Cheryl Ann Clark, 53, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013, at a Boston hospital. She was born Sept. 26, 1959, in Houlton, the daughter of Kenneth and Brenda (Ayotte) Fredericks.
Cheryl graduated from Houlton High School in 1977 and then from Husson College in 1979 with an associate degree in business. She worked 32 years at Southern Aroostook Vocational Education and was a sales representative for Avon for 25 years. Cheryl loved shopping, going to yard sales, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. She had many friends and had a very kind heart and generous soul.
She is survived by her two children; daughter, Heather and fiancé, Ryan Matson, and children, Riley and Cody of Deer Isle; son, Andrew Clark and wife, Lacey and their son, Paxton of Hodgdon; five sisters, Cindy Schools and husband, Kenny, of Littleton, Sue Adams of Olamon, Tammy McLean and husband, Trevor, of Houlton, Cathy Williams and fiancé, Richard, of Portland and Lisa Krahn and husband, Stan, of Etna. She also leaves behind her companion, Rob Faulkner of Houlton; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Randy and Thelma Fowler and family; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her father, Kenneth, she was predeceased by her husband, Barry.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, at Dunn Funeral Home, 11 Park St., Houlton. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Houlton, with the Rev. Dave Raymond celebrant. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery after the service. The family extends an invitation to join them after the burial for a reception in the church fellowship hall.
