CASTLETON, Vt. – Due to a mechanical issue and unplayable field conditions, play in the North Atlantic Conference Baseball Championship tournament has been suspended Saturday and will resume on Sunday morning.
Castleton will face Colby-Sawyer in a 9 a.m. elimination game Sunday in the double-elimination event. That will be followed by a winners’ bracket contest between Husson University of Bangor (19-6) and Thomas College of Waterville (14-11) at noon.
The winner of Sunday’s first game and the loser of the day’s second game will complete Sunday’s action at 3 p.m.
