BANGOR, Maine — Replacement of a sewer line has begun and will hinder traffic on Webster Avenue over the next couple of weeks, Bangor Public Works announced Wednesday.
Eastbound traffic coming from Bangor Municipal Golf Course will be detoured down Silver Road across West Broadway to Buck Street, and back up Buck Street to Webster Avenue, according to Public Works Director Dana Wardwell.
Westbound drivers heading toward the golf course on Webster Avenue will be detoured down Royal Road across Graham Avenue to Silver Road and back to Webster Avenue.
