BANGOR, Maine — A man riding a bicycle was struck Friday afternoon by a car at the intersection of Cedar and Sanford streets.
Police and rescue personnel were sent to the scene shortly after 2 p.m., and the victim was conscious when he was placed in an ambulance and transported to the hospital.
