LIMINGTON, Maine — Two South Portland men are facing burglary and theft charges after a Limington resident caught them burglarizing his home Wednesday, police said.
Ahmed Farah, 30, and Muse Keyse, 27, were piling goods from the residence near a door when the resident interrupted them around 1 p.m., according to Chief Deputy William King of the York County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspects quickly fled the scene in a pickup truck, King said. An hour later, the truck was found in nearby Waterboro and the men were taken into custody.
Both men are accused of burglary and theft, while Keyse also had a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of presenting false identification, King said.
Farah and Keyse are being held at the York County Jail, King said. Bail has not been set.
