WESTFIELD and WESLEY CHAPEL Fla. – Geneva McCue Allen, 83, passed away peacefully June 2, 2013. Geneva was born Oct. 27, 1929, in Island Falls.
Geneva was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Keith; and three sons, Larry, Keith Jr. and Michael; and brother, Donald of Fort Fairfield. She is survived by son, Clair Allen of Westfield; daughter, Mary Allen of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brother, John McCue of Fort Fairfield.
Geneva retired from The Aroostook Medical Center after 25 years of service as a nurse. Geneva will be remembered by family and friends as a hard working and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
A graveside service for Geneva and Keith will be held 3 p.m. July 3 at Marshall Cemetery, Westfield, with the Rev. Lawrence Beals officiating.
