LYMAN, Maine — Maine Game Wardens and state police announced they have recovered the body of a swimmer who went missing in Wadleigh Pond.
The woman, 52-year-old Jo-Ann LeMieux, was last seen entering the water of the pond Thursday and was not seen resurfacing, Corp. John MacDonald of the Maine Warden Service said Thursday.
The dive team recovered her body at around 6 p.m.
