PALMYRA – Arthur E. McAllian, 84, died Aug. 13, 2013, at a Pittsfield hospital following a long illness. Arthur was married to Patricia (Cunningham) McAllian and they made their home in Bucksport for over 50 years, moving to Palmyra in 2002.
