CORINNA – Shirley M. (Clukey) Worster, 84, died Aug. 12, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Feb. 4, 1929, in Dexter, a daughter of Thomas and Mildred (Ganeau) Clukey. She married Donald P. Worster on July 3, 1947. He predeceased her on Dec. 27, 2011. She had been employed at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna for over 30 years and had been a former member of Morses Corner Baptist Church and Stetson Union Church.
She is survived by two sons, Keith and wife, Leah, of Dexter, and Kenneth and wife, Holly, of Corinna; two brothers, Gerald Clukey of Sangerville and Carroll Clukey of Veazie; two sisters, Dorilda Worster of Corinna and Bangor, and Gloria Cross of Dexter; seven grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Sharon.
Graveside committal services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at Morses Corner Cemetery, Corinna, with the Rev. David Ray Sr., officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna.
