DOVER-FOXCROFT – Lorraine J. Shorey, 82, wife of the late Merle K. Shorey, died Aug. 14, 2013, at a Bangor nursing home. She was born Oct. 8, 1930, in Bangor, the daughter of Thomas W. and Delta Viola (Wallace) Kimball.
She is survived by three sons, Merle L. Shorey and his wife, Margaret, of East Dover, James E. Shorey and his wife, Lisa, of Sebec, and Ronald L. Shorey and his girlfriend, Sigrid, of Sangerville; two daughters, Gerri-Lee and her husband, Cedric Campbell Jr., of Hodgdon, and Sally Badger of Milo; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Kenneth L. Shorey; and a daughter, Lorraine J. Richards.
Friends are invited to call from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor Isaiah Hill officiating.
