WOODLAND HILLS – Vinal Maurice Clark, known as “Bud,” died June 10, 2013, he was 84. He was the youngest of three boys born to Minerva and Maurice Clark, in Sherman Mills. His young adult years were spent in Hartford, Conn., where he was an entrepreneur and machinist. During those years he was an avid snow skier and also enjoyed tennis and golf.

Later he worked and retired from Marquardt Corporation in California. During this time he met and married Nora Beserra. Bud was well liked and was known for his good nature, story-telling and ability to dance. He will be missed by many friends and family that include Jamie (Clark) and Bill Goodwin, Adam Goodwin, Andrew and Elyse Goodwin, Ginny (Clark) Kaufman and Abe Luiz, Ginger and Phillip Clark, Kyle and Krista Clark, LeNore Beserra, and many other members of the Beserra family.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Nora; his parents; and brothers, James and Philip.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 28, at the Sherman cemetery. Donations may be made to Washburn Memorial United Church of Christ, in Sherman.
