BANGOR, Maine — Numerous Bangor Hydro customers in Bangor’s east side were without power Wednesday morning, the company’s website reported.
Approximately 425 customers were without electricity shortly after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The cause of the outages is under investigation.
Areas that were affected include Broadway, Center, Essex, Exchange, French, Grove, Penobscot, Pine, Somerset, State and York streets.
Bangor Hydro spokeswoman Susan Faloon later said the outages lasted only a half an hour.
