GRAY, Maine — Thanksgiving travelers may have their holiday plans curtailed by forecasted inclement weather next week.

According to the National Weather Service, a storm is forecasted to hit the Eastern Seaboard Tuesday and into Wednesday.

An extended forecast posted on the NWS’s website indicates that there is a 50 percent chance of rain and snow Tuesday and into Wednesday.

If a storm does occur, it would affect one of the year’s busiest travel days.
